The data set consists of the clinical records (17 features) for 85
premature newborn children with two types of respiratory distress syndrome
(RDS):- Hyaline Membrane Disease (HMD) and non-HMD. The two classes need
urgent and completely different treatment, therefore an accurate RDS
classification is crucial within the first few hours after delivery.
